A low alcohol, certified-organic, perfectly balanced Pet-Nat from Austria’s Kremstal region, that uses Grüner Veltliner, Zweigelt, Muskat Ottonel & Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on chalk-rich soils that mimic the soils of the Champagne region in France.
Crafted with split fermentation under stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, this is fresh and lively, with notes of lemon sherbet, grapefruit and Granny Smith apples.
This is a great summer party wine, to enjoy well chilled on its own or with fresh seafood like sashimi or ceviche, oysters, savoury snacks, cheese or a watermelon & feta salad!
