The gentle bubbles develop naturally, thanks to the fermentation of the grapes’ own sugars. Serve it over two ice cubes, add a slice of orange, and enjoy an elegant, natural alternative to the classic Italian Aperol. Food versatile as well, it pairs delightfully with picnic foods, cheese, Mediterranean or Asian dishes with sweet spice or desserts, including Baklava.
