A creation by famous Chef Mauro Colagreco, using only the finest ingredients, including cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant, smoked black Assam tea and black pepper. Low sugar.
Pyra blends aromas of tangy, stewed red fruit, grape must and lifted vegetal notes with intense hints of smoke, wood and pepper.
For a proxy pour, it is intense and complex, making it an excellent choice with grilled meats, hearty stews, Asian spiced dishes, aged hard cheese or vanilla desserts. Serve just under room temperature.
