Expect aromas of apricot, peach, lychee, and a hint of floral lift. Fresh and vibrant, with a smooth texture, the finish is long with lingering flavours of lemon peel and stone fruits.
Try it with roasted butternut squash and a feta/ walnut sprinkle, light seafood, or fresh cheeses. Also pairs beautifully with bright spring vegetables, salads with citrus vinaigrette or subtle Asian flavours.
