Two Stacks Irish Whiskey - CAN Signature Blend 43% ABV X 12 X 100ml

Two Stack’s signature blend in a convenient mini format, for if out and about, easy serve at home or a fast-measure option when making cocktails!

Inspired by Ireland’s historic tradition of whiskey bonding, this brings together grain, malt and pot still whiskeys to create a layered and contemporary expression. Bottled at 43% ABV, it is designed to be approachable and versatile. Two Stacks is also one of only a small number of recognised Irish whiskey bonders, continuing a tradition that was once central to Ireland’s whiskey industry.

The blend is particularly distinctive in its construction: 40% dark grain matured in virgin oak, 40% light grain matured in bourbon casks, 8% pot still matured in Oloroso sherry butts, 10% double-distilled malt matured in bourbon casks and 2% peated malt matured in bourbon casks. This combination of different whiskey styles and cask influences gives The First Cut its depth, texture and subtle smoky character. It is also bottled without chill filtration or added colouring. 

Expect peach, honey, vanilla and citrus on the nose, with hints of malt and a gentle wisp of smoke. The palate is creamy and rounded, bringing together sweet lemon custard, toffee, caramel, candied pear and vanilla, followed by ginger and warming oak spice. The small proportion of peated malt adds a delicate smoky edge rather than dominating the blend, while dried fruit and citrus give the finish freshness and length.

Awards include 91 points from Whisky Advocate and 91 points in a 2025 WhiskyCast review. 

Perfect served neat or over ice, yet it is equally well suited to cocktails, particularly a Signature Highball with soda or ginger, Old Fashioned, or Whiskey Sour.
