The Heart Cut X Barley English Blended Malt Whisky - 46% ABV 500ml

A modern English blended malt shaped by what whisky drinkers actually want to drink: The Heart Cut x BARLEY brings together single malt casks from five of England’s leading distilleries: Cotswolds, The English, White Peak, Copper Rivet and Adnams.

The blend was shaped by insight from more than 6,500 whisky drinkers, who highlighted summer fruits, vanilla and gentle spice as the flavours they most wanted to see. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added caramel colouring.

Expect juicy notes of strawberry jam and fresh raspberries, followed by rich vanilla cream and warming cinnamon spice, with a delicate touch of orange blossom on the finish. Marmalade, shortbread, peaches, orange zest and baking spices also make appearances.

Perfect served neat or over ice, or mixed into a classic Old Fashioned, Whisky Sour or refreshing highball. It also works beautifully in a twist on a Negroni, while its combination of fruit, vanilla and spice makes it particularly well suited to cocktails where a softer, flavour-forward whisky can shine.
