A beautifully matured expression of Titanic’s first ever single malt, this 8 Year Old brings together carefully selected whiskey matured across four distinct cask types: ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. Crafted to balance freshness, fruit and spice with richer oak and sherry influence, it showcases a distinctive and refined side of modern Irish whiskey.

Bottled at 42% ABV, the whiskey combines double- and triple-distilled single malt to create depth and complexity while retaining an approachable Irish character. The four cask influences each play their part, with American oak bringing vanilla and sweetness, Virgin Oak adding structure and spice, while Oloroso and PX sherry casks contribute dried fruit and richer notes.

Expect fresh green banana and citrus on the nose, followed by a light, fruity palate of tropical and white fruits, with notes of pineapple, apple, vanilla, honeycomb and dried fruit developing alongside subtle spice and gentle oak. A touch of caramel and richer sherry character adds depth, before a medium, clean finish brings the fruit and spice back into focus.

This is an exceptionally well-recognised release, winning Double Gold and 98 points at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Gold and 95 points at the 2026 London Spirits Competition, where it was also named Single Malt Irish Whiskey of the Year, and Gold with 95 points at the 2026 International Wine & Spirit Competition.

Perfect served neat or with a few drops of water to open up the fruit and cask character, or over ice for a softer, more leisurely serve. Its combination of tropical fruit, vanilla, honey, dried fruit and gentle spice also makes it an excellent choice for an Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour or Irish Coffee, or in lighter whiskey cocktails.
