A bold Belfast-style Irish whiskey that brings together the smoothness of a premium blend with the distinctive character of peated malt and sherry cask influence. Crafted from a blend of virgin grain and malt whiskey, with 10% of the blend peated, before being finished in sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered, with no added colour, and bottled at 40% ABV.

The result is an expressive whiskey where gentle smoke meets the richness of sherry. Expect a rich and complex nose, with an early hint of peat alongside sweet sherry cask character. The palate is smooth and well balanced, bringing together creamy vanilla, peppery spice and generous vine fruits including raisins, dates and sultanas.

As the sherry influence gradually fades, the peat lingers, giving the finish a gentle smoky persistence and adding depth to the malt character. The balance of sweet fruit, vanilla, spice and smoke makes this a particularly approachable introduction to peated Irish whiskey, while still offering plenty of character for more experienced whiskey drinkers.
