A carefully composed Irish whiskey that showcases the transformative influence of exceptional casks. It brings together premium Irish grain and single malts in a triple-distilled blend, creating a smooth and rounded spirit with layers of fruit, sweetness and warming spice.

Like Titanic’s 5yo pot still, this also uses a Bogel cask, the famed Californian winemakers: It is an American white oak hogshead first matured with Pinot Noir before being seasoned in Jerez with rich Pedro Ximénez sherry. The whiskey is then finished in this rare PX-seasoned cask, allowing it to draw out the deep fruit and sweet sherry character while adding further complexity to the underlying blend.

Expect a smooth, inviting nose of ripe fruit, vanilla and sweet oak, followed by a rounded palate of raisins, sultanas and dark fruit, layered with creamy caramel, vanilla and gentle baking spice. The PX influence brings a subtle richness and sweetness, while warming cinnamon and soft pepper develop towards a long, satisfying finish.

The result is a beautifully balanced Irish blend that combines the approachability of premium grain and malt whiskey with the richer character of a carefully seasoned sherry cask. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is designed to be both approachable and versatile, with enough depth to reward slow sipping.

Perfect served neat or over ice, where the fruit and sherry character can fully develop. It also works beautifully in cocktails such as an Irish Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour or Manhattan-style serve, or other richer, spirit-forward cocktails.
