Since 1860, these Limoux vineyards on the foothills of the Pyrenees have thrived on limestone-rich slopes kissed by four winds, creating a unique microclimate and giving this wine its name. The viticulture is Certified TERRA VITIS and under conversion to organic since 2020.
100% Chardonnay, unoaked, with ageing on the lees.
Crisp, focused and dominated by aromas of orchard fruit and white peach. The pallet is clean, balanced, lifted by citrus on fine minerality.
Subtly complex, this will pair perfectly with grilled vegetables, baked fish or matured cheeses. Best served at 10 to 12°C.
