52 botanicals are infused into a Tempranillo base: A combination of wormwood, Ceylon cinnamon, coriander seed, st john’s wort, juniper, marjoram, damask rose, vanilla, ginger and more. No added sulphites, natural, organic (uncertified).
Bright and lifted on the nose, with a whisper of spice. The palate is generous, full-bodied, shows a warm herbal complexity plus subtle notes of vanilla and flora. Leading to a pleasantly bitter, lingering finish.
Serve it straight up on the rocks with olives and a slice of orange, spritzed with sparkling wine and a splash of soda, or mixed in a cocktail that makes the night last longer such as a Marianito.
