On the nose, ripe tropical fruit and citrus mingle with delicate herbs. The palate is generous and full-bodied — papaya, pineapple, bay leaf, cacao and warming spice — with a touch of natural sweetness kept in check by gentle bitterness and a lift of fresh citrus, leaving a long, layered finish.
Try this neat over ice, topped with tonic, or as a base for Negroni, Manhattan or Americano.
