A fresh and characterful English Dry Vermouth made from Bacchus wine and infused with a carefully selected blend of herbs, flowers and botanicals to create a vibrant and distinctive aperitif.
Aromas of fresh citrus, wild herbs and delicate florals lead to a beautifully layered palate, with notes of buttery pear, chamomile, thyme, lavender and refreshing peppermint. A gentle pine-like character and subtle bitterness add depth, leading to a long, crisp and herbaceous finish.
Dry, aromatic and wonderfully versatile, Still Room is equally enjoyable chilled over ice, topped with tonic or soda, or mixed into cocktails such as a Dry Martini, Negroni or Americano. For a simple serve, pour over ice, add a splash of tonic and garnish with a twist of lemon.
