Made by 5 gin loving friends, Papa Salt celebrates the subtle taste of native Australian botanicals. Flavours are brightened with hibiscus and citrus peel, all wrapped up with subtle notes of nutty wattleseed, peppercorns, the zing of ginger and a hint of salinity.
