Sourced from 25+ year-old trellised Monastrell vines, planted at 650m altitude in sandy limestone soils, this wine combines purity with freshness. Grapes are hand-harvested, strictly selected, and given a very light maceration in stainless steel. Using a “mille-feuille” layering of whole bunch and destemmed fruit, the winemaker achieves lift, brightness, and that effortlessly chillable style.
A vibrant, organically and biodynamically grown Monastrell bursting with juicy strawberry fruit and a subtle spicy kick. At room temperature it is deliciously round, almost chewy, and deeply satisfying. But give it 20 minutes in the fridge and it transforms into a smoother, fresher, dangerously drinkable summer red, with lively acidity, crunchy fresh strawberries and hints of white pepper
