La Cantina di Cesena White Wine - Dancing Albana Secco 2024 DOCG Romagna 13% ABV X 6 X 750ml
Part of a "Social winemaking" project, Albana has been cultivated in the Romagna hills for centuries, historically produced in a sweeter style. This dry Albana version comes from vineyards at 250 meters, providing a cooler climate and allowing the grapes to ripen slowly while retaining their natural acidity.
One of Italy’s most intriguing whites, this is full-bodied and offers complex aromas of white flowers alongside striking notes of almonds, hints of pineapple, on a savoury, mineral frame. Warm, structured, slightly tangy and with its signature bitter-almond finish, it pairs beautifully with crostini, charcuterie, white meats, seafood, vegetarian dishes, cheese (soft or aged pecorino), and of course almond cake.
