Part of a "Social winemaking" project, Dreaming Sangiovese at 6 pm is dedicated to the Italian habbit to have a glass of wine chatting with friends before dinner. Dreaming Sangiovese wine is a superb expression of an Organic Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC. It represents the classic character of the Sangiovese grape from Emilia-Romagna, while adhering to the strict principles of organic farming.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards situated at 230 meters as, an altitude that contributes to a notable acidity and great aromatic complexity. The vines have a diverse age, ranging from 120 years old to 30 years old. These older vines, in particular, produce lower yields of extremely concentrated grapes, adding depth and intensity to the wine. The vineyards are cultivated without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, allowing the natural biodiversity of the soil to flourish and contributing to the wine's purity and an authentic flavor profile.
Intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, along with floral notes of violets and subtle spicy undertones of black pepper and licorice. Well-structured and balanced wine with a medium body, supported by a pleasant acidity with soft and elegant tannins, leading to a long and persistent finish.
