The grapes are vinified just like a red wine, with 2–3 days of skin contact to reveal their delicate color and subtle bitterness, before continuing fermentation in the liquid phase. The sparkle develops naturally, thanks to the fermentation of the grapes’ own sugars — nothing added, 100% grapes. A truly natural sparkling wine!
