This Rosso Piceno DOC is a bold yet elegant Italian red wine born in the rolling hills of Ascoli Piceno, in the southern part of Italy’s Marche region. Organically cultivated and certified, it reflects a deep respect for the land, tradition, and biodiversity.
A blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, RUBYO brings together the vibrant fruit of the Adriatic coast with the structure and depth of the Apennine foothills. The grapes are hand-harvested from certified organic vineyards and vinified with minimal intervention to preserve their authentic character.
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is generous and expressive: red cherry, wild berries, and dried roses mingle with subtle notes of spice and soft earth. On the palate, it’s balanced and fresh, with juicy fruit, gentle tannins, and a touch of minerality that reflects the hillside terroir.
