From the heart of Eastern Veneto, Dissegna’s Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie Organic is a tribute to nature, tradition, and craftsmanship. Produced by a small, family-run estate committed to organic farming, this wine is born from hand-harvested grapes carefully selected in the vineyard.
Pinot Grigio, originally from France, thrives in this terroir. Its compact, copper-tinged clusters ripen under the late summer sun and are picked at their aromatic peak in the second half of August. Fermentation takes place slowly in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16–18°C), preserving the wine’s purity and delicate complexity.
In the Glass Pinot Grigio Maddalena shines with a bright yellow hue and greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers a fresh, floral bouquet with subtle notes of elderflower. The palate is crisp and refined, revealing layers of green apple and unripe peach which in time evolves gracefully, gaining depth and character.
Pairing: lively and elegant, it’s the perfect companion to light, refined dishes—think grilled fish, spring vegetable soups, eggs, or delicate pasta. Best enjoyed slightly chilled (6–8°C), it brings a breath of Italian freshness to any table.
