[10% OFF] Smeraldi 1868 Sparkling White Wine - Prosecco DOC Glera Veneto 11% ABV X 6 X 750ml ITALY
Prosecco Smeraldi is made from the Glera grape cultivated in the sun-soaked hills of Italy’s Veneto region. Produced with Charmat Method (Martinotti Method) it’s preserving the grape’s natural freshness, floral aromas, and delicate fruit character.
Harvesting: Grapes are handpicked in early September, to maintain acidity and aromatic intensity.
The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled, cool temperatures in order to preserve the bright, fresh fruit flavors.
Second Fermentation is made into pressurized stainless steel autoclaves with autochthone yeasts for 60 days assuring to preserve the wine’s fresh, vibrant, and aromatic qualities.
A luminous, straw-yellow Prosecco with fine, persistent bubbles.
On the nose, it reveals an inviting bouquet of fresh pear, white peach, and delicate acacia blossom, with hints of citrus zest and wild herbs.
The palate is crisp and refreshing, offering a harmonious balance of soft fruit flavors and vibrant acidity. Notes of green apple and honeysuckle linger on the finish, leaving a clean, invigorating aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes, fresh cheeses, and summer salads.
