Pot Luck is a playful, natural sparkling (Pet Nat) from Coastal South Africa, produced using the country’s emblematic red grape: Pinotage.
From vineyards 500 feet above sea level in mineral-rich koffieklip soils, the vines are sustainably farmed and hand-harvested. It sees natural fermentation in bottle with no added yeast or sugar, capturing freshness and vitality.
It shows light stone fruit aromas, raspberry and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, it is fruit-forward and vibrant, bursting with strawberries, raspberries, peaches, melon, and more subtle saline notes, all lifted by refreshing acidity and delicate, easy-going bubbles.
Serve chilled as a lively aperitif, or pair with seafood, summer salads, or light, fresh dishes.
