La Petite Soif White Wine - Picpoul de Pinet AOP Languedoc 2025 12.5% ABV France X 6 X 750ml
An exclusive own-label for CN Foods!
Close your eyes and you're there: cicadas singing in the umbrella pines, the Mediterranean glinting just beyond the vines, friends laughing around a table that's stayed out long past lunch. That's La Petite Soif in a glass.
Crafted for six generations by Marion and Guillaume at the Reine Juliette Estate — a plot of land steeped in history, said to take its name from a queen who once lent hers to the ancient Via Domitia — this Picpoul is the taste of the South, bottled.
Sun-kissed in colour, it opens with delicate floral notes and bright citrus, lifted by a surprising whisper of sea breeze (no surprise, given the vines sit just 10km from the Étang de Thau).
It is crisp and lively, with a refreshing acidity that keeps you reaching for another sip, while a round, complex finish of candied citrus and exotic fruit adds real charm.
Pour it ice-cold (10°C) as an aperitif under a parasol or let it run through a whole meal alongside a platter of fresh seafood — either way, it's built for long afternoons and lingering golden-hour dinners.
