This is a fruity and fresh rosé organic field blend made predominantly with Monastrell following biodynamic practices. Minimum human intervention in the vines for maximum expression in the bottle. Less really is more.
Salmon pink in colour, it shows aromas of strawberries and herbs with a subtly tropical element. Refreshing acidity, good balance and lasting tropical notes on the finish.
Enjoy this alongside a tricolour salad, Spanish tortilla, seafood, light meets and mild hard cheeses; also great for a BBQ or picnic!
