Since 1860, these Limoux vineyards on the foothills of the Pyrenees have thrived on limestone-rich slopes kissed by four winds, creating a unique microclimate and giving this wine its name. The viticulture is Certified TERRA VITIS and under conversion to organic since 2020.
A subtle blend of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, and 20% Pinot Noir, this wine displays a delightful bright salmon-pink colour and offers charming aromas of summer red fruits and fresh flowers. Complex, elegant and long on the palate it finishes with gentle notes of ripe citrus and wild strawberries.
Perfect for celebrations, it also pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine or strawberry tart.
